Goal:

Create and design an informational graphic for Spiceworks.

Solution:

Spiceworks provided brand guides, copy writing, logos for this speculative piece. I created "Call to Action Man" as a humorous spokesperson promoting Spiceworks position as an industry network leader and support system.

The content was Spicework's "5 tips for creating emails that don't suck". My concept starts with Call to Action Man, a 5 point star motif and illustrations to move the user through the itemized list of tips while promoting the Spiceworks brand and using their style guides.

Big Green Rewards Portal

Mobile and desktop versions. Shopko's technology limitations meant incremental change, but as our ecomm business grew so did our partnerships with tech leaders like Sales Force.

The rewards portal would serve several functions as customers purchase, check points and click thru to other areas of their profile. My goal was to give the user a clean portal home with useful information composed as effectively and efficiently as the space provided. Delivering a clear, easy to use and secure experience was primary in this design.

Goal:

Create a Loyalty logo and identity that promotes rewards incentives and builds upon the Shopko brand.

Solution:

Big Green concept is based on streamlining our design language, both in a graphical and a functional way. A white dollar symbol is framed by two leaves to promote the idea of "money back" incentives and growth.

Wireframes to initiate the user flow and experience. Shopko relied on an Agile creative process to develop user experiences. Each iteration gaining consensus from team stakeholders based on testing and analytical research.

Design and animate an interactive kiosk for a telecommunications trade event.

Solution:

For InfoGix technology I designed this Flash animated kiosk presentation to promote their latest software suite EWS. Pages in the display use problem & solution storytelling to promote each software component's data management features.

Goal:

Design a cleaner online retail experience for Shopko.com

Solution:

A site redesign had the potential to modernize the brand. First solution was to add a graphic mark that could be consistently used throughout the site. For that I created a 3 stripe monochrome diagonal to project action and boldness.

For our homepage redesign, easier function, streamlined navigation, wider aspect ratio, scrolling content and more efficient content areas were a part of my concept. This mockup was a starting point to present to stakeholders.

Solution:

Creating a mobile friendly experience for Theosaurus was a product of determining which features, information, user experiences and shopping experiences were needed to provide an easy to use product platform.

I aimed at creating consistency for our startup brand. First goal was to create a fun story, with clever story hooks, humorous illustrations and functional online demos to promote the initial book launch.
